All services are subject to the following conditions. By purchasing on the Web, you automatically accept these conditions. Please, read them carefully.

SIMPLY TRAVEL S.L.U. is entitled to unilaterally modify each and every one of the obligations set forth in these conditions, without prior notice. Likewise, it is capable of restructuring, modifying or eliminating any information, service or content included in the Web, without prior notice.

A purchase is not final until it is accepted by SIMPLY TRAVEL S.L.U. SIMPLY TRAVEL S.L.U. reserves the right of admission and cancellation of any order, being able to return the amount paid by the client and being exempt from any other obligation.

The Web does not require prior subscription for simple navigation, access or use of the service in question. On the contrary, for access to certain content and services, the previous subscription and its corresponding registration as User (hereinafter Registered User) will be required.


In accordance with the provisions above, SIMPLY TRAVEL S.L.U. reserves some of the Services offered through the Web to Registered Users of SIMPLY GALICIA by completing the corresponding User registration form.

To buy on the SIMPLY GALICIA online store you must register in it. Your data will be saved and your future purchases will be faster. To register and buy in the online store you must go to the "Account" section that appears at the top of each page of the website and in the second step of the purchase process. If you are already registered to buy in the online store and you have forgotten your password you must go to any of the sections mentioned above and click on the option "Forgot your password?". Then insert your e-mail address and click on "Recover". Immediately you will receive an email with the instructions to reset your password.

The User agrees to select, use and keep their username or "login" and their password or "password" (hereinafter and collectively the "Access Codes") in accordance with the provisions of the following clauses.

Assignment of Access Codes

Use and Custody

The User agrees to make a lawful and diligent use of the Access Code, as well as not to make his Access Code available to third parties.

The User agrees to communicate irrefutably to the SIMPLY GALICIA Webmaster as soon as possible, the loss or theft of the Access Codes, as well as any risk of access to them by a third party.

The Access Code can only be used by the Users to whom it has been assigned. SIMPLY TRAVEL S.L.U. is exempt from any type of liability that may accrue for damages caused or suffered due to fraudulent use or lack of diligence in the custody of the Access Code, loss or use contrary to the provisions of these Conditions.

User dismiss

At any time you can request the withdrawal as a Registered User by sending an email to explaining the details of the user that want to be unsubscribe.


SIMPLY GALICIA online store is available in two languages: Spanish and English.

SIMPLY TRAVEL S.L.U. it is exempt from the contents, information, opinions or comments disseminated through the Web, nor will it be liable for the use that the User makes of that information.


The price of the services is in EUROS and includes the taxes according to the Spanish Legislation. In the final purchase summary is shown the final or total price, indicating the amount corresponding to the price of the determined product and the amount corresponding to the applicable taxes.

Based on its commercial policy, SIMPLY TRAVEL S.L.U. may make price changes either for loyalty, for acquisition of services of a certain entity or relevance as well as others that may stipulate SIMPLY TRAVEL S.L.U. in due time. However, it will be SIMPLY TRAVEL S.L.U. who freely and voluntarily offers these discounts and / or rebates, to whom it deems appropriate, not being able to be demanded or requested at any time by the client.

The prices are valid except typing error. All sales are made with their corresponding invoice. The exposed prices may be revised and modified at any time by SIMPLY TRAVEL S.L.U.

Once the payment is verified, it will be initiated by SIMPLY TRAVEL S.L.U. the processing of the order.


Once you have selected the services you want to buy, you will see the cart, placing the pointer over it, the added services and then you must press "Check" and you will access the processing of the order. In this part, after checking the selected services, you must enter your account or create one, if you have not done this before, and then make the payment by clicking on the available modalities.

This Secure Payment option is made through the payment platform (PayPal) in which the customer can access to his/her PayPal account and make the payment of the order.

SIMPLY TRAVEL S.L.U. monitors every transaction and will use all the means available by law so that those who make fraudulent purchases are sanctioned by the authorities.


Once the payment is completed, you will see the confirmation of registration of the order and you will immediately receive this confirmation in your email in which it will also be attached the corresponding invoice with the data provided. The customer can review the details of the order and download the invoice in "My orders" section of his customer account.

Once the reservation is confirmed, Simply Galicia will send an email with the ticket to the contracted service. All notifications between the agency and the client will be made by email, telephone or personally in the store located in A Estrada.


SIMPLY TRAVEL S.L.U. guarantees the celebration of the service hired at the agreed dates and times. In case of any change or incident the client will be notified by email about all changes that may suffer the services contracted.

In the event that due to adverse weather conditions, the activity could not be carried out, Simply Galicia will offer the option of choosing an alternative activity or the full refund of the amount paid.


Cancellation is free until 24 hours before departure. Out of that period or in case of no-show (no presentation) the client will be charged with the 100% expenses.

Once the cancellation of the service has been notified, within the aforementioned period, SIMPLY GALICIA will proceed to refund the amount in the same form in which it was paid.


Way of exercising the right of withdrawal: to carry out the right of withdrawal about the services purchased on the Web, the customer must state his unequivocal decision to cancel the contract until 24 hours before departure.

Once your request is communicated, in time and form, the full refund of the service amount will be applied in the same way as the payment was made.


For all matters that are not specifically provided for in this contract, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply. Likewise, for all those that may arise between the parties, the contractors, with resignation from their own jurisdiction, it will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of A Estrada.
