From Ribadeo to A Guarda, Galicia can boast of having a total of 109 blue flags that will wave this summer on the beaches. Well, Galicia becomes the second community with more distinctions of this type. Definitely, if there is any place in Spain to find beaches where to bathe without problems, that is our community.

A total of 1,498 kilometers of coastline in which Sanxenxo has the largest number of blue flag sands, a total of 13. It is followed by Vigo, with 9, and Cangas do Morrazo, Boiro and Arteixo, with 7 each. A Coruña adds 5 and the Ferrolterra region has been left alone with four blue flags.

So it is very difficult to choose which are the best beaches in the community, but we have proposed to make a small ranking with the 10 best beaches in Galicia.
