This autumn, take a gastronomic tour through Galicia’s nature

This perfect combination is reflected in the Gastronomic Autumn in Rural Tourism, proposed by Turismo de Galicia and which this year celebrates its fifteenth edition. When we join two concepts as beloved as tourism and gastronomy, we get an experience that is very difficult to say no to. This perfect combination is reflected in the Gastronomic Autumn in Rural Tourism, proposed by Turismo de Galicia and which this year celebrates its fifteenth edition. If you are planning to visit Galicia in the next few months, this proposal may be of your interest. Here's what it's all about!

One of Galicia's flagships is, without any doubt, its enormous gastronomic variety and its rural and natural beauty. This is what Turismo de Galicia has wanted to convey in the Gastronomic Autumn, which offers the possibility of enjoying both in a getaway for individuals, couples, families or friends. And, all this, through a stay in the different rural houses adhered to the project and the tasting of a menu conceived exclusively for the occasion. This experience can be enjoyed every weekend until 19 December 2021 (excluding the weekends of 29-31 October and 3-5 December).

For this occasion, several packs have been created and, in all of them, menus are offered with Galician products with quality certification endorsed by the Galician Agency of Food Quality (Agacal): 

• Autumn Gastronomic Package. Menu and stay in the rural tourism house with breakfast included, to be chosen on Friday or Saturday nights.
• Autumn Gastronomic Weekend. Includes two menus per person, breakfast and accommodation on Friday and Saturday nights.
• Autumn Gastronomic Family Weekend with 1 child. Includes two menus per adult and two menus per child, accommodation in a double room and breakfast for the whole family. Full weekend. In the case of two children, it will be in two double rooms.
• Autumn Gastronomic Menu. Includes starter, first and second course, dessert and Galician Denomination of Origin wine.

In addition, when staying for two weekends in an establishment we will be treated with a Gastronomic OuBono to enjoy another free weekend in a participating rural house. Are you going to miss it?
